Everytime I go here they ALWAYS always make my drink wrong . I have no idea how hard it is to make a small iced blondie with an xtra shot & xtra ice. . Everytime I come to this location they always make it wrong . It’s either watered down and milky or too sweet like ?? I think they also add dub shotSometimes it doesn’t even taste like they added the extra shot . And I always get so mad because I always tip & I tip for what ? To get my drink that doesn’t taste good 🙂‍↕️ it’s just very inconsistent. I’m not sure if it’s because you guys hiring new people or what but you guys need to do a better job on teaching/training them.

Never make the drinks right. Ask to fix and they put it in a bigger cup and just add milk. Second time I’ve come to this location and the drinks are always a fail. Here is a photo of my small sweet and salty with almond milk. Mind you it’s in a large cup with lots of milk.

Recently came here, I went the day before and had good service, so I decided to go again today as I was having a bad day and figured service was good last time, arrived and girls there were ignoring me while they were outside and I was the only customer waiting in line. Around after 5 minutes passed and they didn’t come to me or try to take my order or even say anything as of “Hi, we’ll be right with you.” A girl proceeds to go inside and another girl comes out, both girls STILL ignore me and no one even attempts to come take my order or acknowledge me besides all of them just staring at me while I’m clearly waiting for them to take my order. Never coming back and would rather stay at Dutch where customer service is great and employees don’t ignore you. Shame on 7 brew and shame on the employees who saw me and ignored me when I was right next to their faces.

I needed a quick green tea and decided to give this place a try on my way to a work assignment. Three cars in front of me and I worried that I might be late. In less than 7 minutes I had a freshly brewed large green tea. The menu includes a variety of coifed and tea items, baked goods, and frozen drinks. The server came to my car in line and took my order, and served quickly u see a covered area which is great with today’s light rain. Fast efficient service with 2 drive thru lanes. They also have an outdoor covered table with walk up window. The cool blue vibe offers a refreshing tropical theme in the line and outdoor area. No indoor seating and no restroom. Free van accessible parking with curb cuts in a private lot.

The Baristas here are very friendly & chatty! They're always in a good mood, no matter the time of day. I typically go in the mornings on my way to work, but if I need a pick-me-up after work, I stop by after 6pm. If you don't really know what to order, you can always ask them what their popular drink is or ask what they usually get & they never disappoint. I always get the iced pumpkin cinnamon roll with cold foam 10/10 recommend! ♡ Lines can sometimes look long, but their service is quick, so minimal wait time.
